What’s it like to work with you?
Fun, supportive, and strategic! We keep the process organized and collaborative, and we’re with you every step of the way. Our goal is to make you feel confident and excited about your website - without the tech stress.

How much does a website cost?
Our packages start at $2,500 and go up depending on your needs. This is an amazing value as we deliver agency quality results at near DIY prices.  We’ll send a custom proposal with options, so you can choose what fits your business best. No surprises - just clarity and value.

Do you offer website hosting?
Yes! We work with a trusted hosting provider that offers ultra-fast, secure, and reliable service. We’ll take care of the setup, so you don’t have to worry about the tech side. But, if you want to host on your own, you can do that too. 

Will I own my website once it’s finished?
Absolutely. Once paid, your website - including the domain, design, and content - is 100% yours.

What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll guide you through it all! Essentially, we'll take stock of what you already have (if you have a logo or photos already for example) and we'll walk you through everything else we'll need step-by-step after that.

The Process

How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites take 4–6 weeks from start to finish, but that can also depend the size of the site, complexity, and how quickly we receive your feedback and content. If you need a site fast, we can also work with you to expedite the process as needed.

What platform do you use to build websites?
We build in WordPress using Thrive Themes - a flexible, super-powerful system that allows us to create beautiful, custom websites that grow with your business.

Can I update my website on my own?
You can if you'd like. Your website will be built on a user-friendly platform. We also provide a short video tutorial or walkthrough so you can confidently make basic updates on your own. We also offer maintenance, which most of our clients decide to use, so we can handle all your updates and you can focus on what you do well, which is running your business.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Definitely. Every website we build is fully responsive and designed to look amazing on all devices -  desktops, tablets, and phones.  And, yes, every designer says they build "responsive" sites.  However, we go one step further. We literally build two sites for you - a desktop version and a completely optimized mobile version at the same time. 

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes! We offer monthly website care packages that include updates, backups, and security. Or you can reach out on an as-needed basis for one-time support.

Content, Branding & Features

Do you write the content for the website?
Yes! We offer strategic copywriting to help you communicate clearly, connect with your audience, and convert visitors into clients. It’s one of our favorite parts of the process!

Can you help with my logo or branding?
Yes! We offer branding and logo design as part of our packages or as an add-on service. We’ll help you create a cohesive visual identity that reflects your brand.

What if I already have a website but need a redesign?
That’s our specialty! Whether your site needs a style refresh or a strategic overhaul, we’ll help you elevate your online presence and reach your goals.

Can you integrate my email list and social media?
Of course. We’ll connect your email marketing tools (like Mailchimp or ConvertKit) and your social media accounts so everything works seamlessly together.

Do you offer e-commerce websites?
Yes! If you’re selling a small number of products or services online, we’ll design an easy-to-use online shop that makes the buying process simple and enjoyable for your customers.

Visibility & Success

Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. Every website we build includes basic SEO to help your site get indexed by Google and found by the right people. If you need advanced SEO, we’re happy to refer you to a trusted specialist.

I’m not tech-savvy -  is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our clients aren’t! We pride ourselves on making the entire experience simple, stress-free, and dare we say… fun. We’ll walk you through everything in plain English.
